Terms & Conditions

PRICE: All merchandise sold at website listed price on the day of the order. Typo price errors will not be honored.

LOSS OR DAMAGE: Immediately inspect your item upon receipt and report any damage to Pack Saddle Shop. Pack Saddle Shop will submit a claim with UPS, FedEx or USPS for damaged or lost merchandise.

BACK ORDERS: We normally stock all merchandise however, if an item is out of stock, the customer can cancel purchase or wait for a back order shipment. 

RETURNS:

  • Prior approval required before returning merchandise and return items must be shipped within 30 days of purchase. 
  • Defective items WILL BE REPLACED or REPAIRED IN YOUR AREA due to high cost of shipping. Decision to replace or repair will be determined by Pack Saddle Shop. 
  • Returns must be prepaid freight.
  • Warranties implied or actual are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Contact us and we will coordinate all returns or warranty requirements. 
  • Custom orders, and products that are dirty, used, worn, or altered or otherwise damaged/modified by the customer will NOT be accepted for refund or replacement. All tent frames are custom orders as each frame is custom made for a specific tent dimension, and that frame will only exactly fit the tent the custom frame was specifically built for. No exceptions.
  • RETURN OF PRODUCTS ON SPECIALS OR PACKAGES: REFUND TO CUSTOMER WILL BE REDUCED FOR THE TOTAL SHIPPING COSTS TO AND FROM CUSTOMER. 

CANCELLATIONS: 

  • Canceling an order after it has been shipped will be considered a return.
  • Shipping fees are non refundable.
